This year’s Field Day festival took place in London’s Victoria Park over the course of the 11th and 12th June – and the weather didn’t dampen festival goers spirits. Headlining the event were James Blake on the Saturday and PJ Harvey closing the weekend event on the Sunday, sandwiched between them on the lineup were the likes of Roots Manuva, Skepta, Temper Trap and more.
Shelter, who help millions of people every year struggling with bad housing or homelessness through advice, support and legal services – were the official charity partner for this year’s festival. Working as part of a cohesive team across three companies – Field Day, Shelter and eSolidar decided upon a charity initiative whereby artists paint and sign canvases backstage. (more…)
